McLeish seals Costly swoopAlex McLeish has continued his revamping of the Birmingham City squad in the January transfer window by snapping up the Honduras international striker Carlos Costly.

The 26-year-old moves to St Andrew's from Polish side GKS Belchatow in a £500,000 deal until the end of the season when the Blues have an option to secure his services on a permanent basis.

McLeish said of his sixth signing in the January transfer window: "Carlos has a smashing pedigree.
