West Brom intend to up their offer for Per Ciljan Skjelbred.

Rosenborg want a fee of around £3million for the midfielder, who is attracting interest from Newcastle, Blackburn, Spurs, Dutch giants Ajax and a number of Italian clubs.

The Norwegian club have already rejected Albion's undisclosed initial bid.
But other reports are implying he is more likely to go the Newcastle.
